Junior Tennis Programs

The “Pee Wee” Tennis Program is specifically developed for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Pee Wee Tennis is an exciting new play format for teaching tennis, designed to bring kids into the game by utilizing specialized equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring, all tailored to age and size. With this program, your child will be taught the basics that will help them develop hand-eye coordination and proper movement. No more than 5 children/instructor.

Racquets provided. All children must wear sneakers.

• Tuesdays: 2pm to 3pm or 3pm to 4pm
• Thursdays: 2pm to 3pm or 3pm to 4pm
• 10-pack of 1-hour sessions : $550
• Individual sessions: $65
• Transportation is not available with this program.
 

Our flagship after school tennis program is designed for a variety of ages and playing levels. Students ranging in age from 7 to 17 years old drill and play with other players of commensurate age and ability.

• Monday - Friday: 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
• $1800/semester. Semester is considered one day/session per week for 15 weeks
• Semester I (Sept. to Jan.), Semester II (Jan. until June)
• Transportation is available with this program. $595/semester.

This program meets from 5:30pm until 7pm and is available to Tournament Training Program students only. Groups will be organized by the Director of Tennis, Joe Perez.

• Mondays and/or Wednesdays
• $2100/semester. Semester is considered one day/session per week for 15 weeks
• Semester I (Sept. to Jan.), Semester II (Jan. until June)
• Transportation is available with this program. $595/semester.

This program is offered to students whose school dismissal is early enough on Fridays to allow for an early class. This program also insures that your child arrives home no later than 4:45pm.

• Fridays only: 2:30pm to 4:00pm
• $1800/semester. Semester is considered one day/session per week for 15 weeks
• Semester I (Sept. to Jan.), Semester II (Jan. until June)
• Transportation is available with this program. $595/semester.

This intensive training program is geared to the more advanced player looking to increase their skill for higher levels of competition. This is a two and a half hour class that incorporates both intensive drills coupled with strategic and tactical nuances. Participation in this class is contingent upon a playing level approved by the Program Directors.

• Fridays only: 5:30pm to 8:00pm
• $3150/semester. Semester is considered one day/session per week for 15 weeks
• Semester I (Sept. to Jan.), Semester II (Jan. until June)
• Transportation is available with this program. $595/semester.

Weekend classes are offered to children who wish to supplement their weekday tennis with an additional session and/or those who are unable to attend after school classes. Based on the same structure as the after school program, the weekend program is designed for a variety of ages and playing levels. Enrollment is very limited.

• Saturday & Sunday: 4:00pm until 6:00pm
• $2240/semester. Semester is considered one day/session per week for 15 weeks
• Semester I (Sept. to Jan.), Semester II (Jan. until June)
• Transportation is not available with this program.

For those who are unable to attend the weekend program at the CityView location, weekend classes will also be offered to children at Millennium Health and Racquet Club (located at 44th and 1st Avenue). This program is targeted to children who wish to supplement their weekday tennis with an additional session and/or those who are unable to attend after school classes. Based on the same structure as the after school program, there are no more than a maximum 4 children per court with one teaching professional overseeing instruction. Enrollment is limited.
