CLUB POLICIES - CityView Racquet Club

Club Policies

  • All Members and Guests must check in with the Front Desk upon entering the club.
  • Guests are restricted to a maximum of 3 visits.
  • Members are responsible for any expenses incurred by their Guests.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled court time or other appointment. Otherwise a court time or lesson appointment no-show fee will be charged.
  • Players canceling games arranged by the club within 24-hours prior to reservation will be held responsible for court fees unless another player can be substituted.
  • Any play over 10 minutes is considered an additional half-hour of court time. Any play over 40 minutes is considered an hour of court time.
  • Members are charged on the first day of the month for previous month’s club account charges.  An itemized statement is available upon request.
  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on workout equipment.
  • Children above the age of 16 are permitted to play tennis or squash only with adult supervision.
  • Children under the age of 21 are not permitted to enter the spa nor are they permitted to sit at the bar in the lounge.
  • Outside tennis or squash professionals are not permitted to teach at CityView Racquet Club.
  • Proper tennis, squash, and fitness clothing and equipment is required. No cut-off shirts or shorts permitted.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the club.
  • Squash members are entitled to one peak squash court booking per member per day.  When booking a court, two squash member’s names must be provided. If a member is unsure who they are playing, they have until 48 hours before the booking time to provide the additional member’s name or the court booking will be cancelled.
